 WDF/BA Updates:

- The drop-down menu style on desktop web browsers, does not work nice on mobile and therefore will not be used on mobile.
- Improved the loading of favicons by aways specifying the complete URL.
- Fixed the from/to-date suggestion with year 1899, when from-date was empty.
- Filter empty sender email addresses in emailsender.
